Covering run clubs and active communities in Ottawa has become a staple at Mount Nebo Media; if you’re coming together to stay fit, it’s worth documenting. Rise & Run Crew started as an excuse for two friends to go out on Friday mornings to squeeze in a run on their hectic schedules and slowly evolved into a community full of enthusiastic runners from across the capital. Their 2026 started out with a charity run and then a special event sponsored by SALOMON to launch their GRAVEL line of hybrid running shoes.
